To whoever broke into my car last night: I am choosing compassion for you. Maybe you are in a dark place, desperate. Maybe breaking into my car was your last resort. No matter what the reason, I am sending nothing but forgiveness and love your way.
Thank you, because this gave me a choice to make. I could be angry, resentful and even be disheartened by this. But I choose to forgive you, because I too have been in dark and desperate times. And I have also chose solutions at the cost of others.. I have no room to judge you. In addition, I even found a way to make the absolute best of this, and use my open window to spread love on the road…(:

Hugs in Seattle pt. 2 !!! :)
Me and my special friend Cedar. She was coming outside to take a breath of fresh air at the perfect time to catch me walking by. <3 Thank you Cedar. Thank you π Brad, was so excited to see me and hug me. He shared with me about his sobriety and truly inspired me. These two girls stood out to me, and were so supportive. Thank you Emma for sending this in!!! Keep being the light. Met some friends from Utah! They were all so supportive and enthusiastic for moment to moment. This sign is located on Pike pl st and pine st on the corner. See if you can find it, hug someone and leave your mark!!! Jerry, had a sign that said “anything helps” with that being said, he was quick to receive a hug and a short conversation. Thank you Jerry π
Hugs in Seattle
Raymond, my heart to yours #LOVECONQUERSALL Got a hug from this sweetheart outside the Purple Store in Seattle! Jayson, who took the time to talk to me before he began playing music. Jayson reminded me of how accustomed we’ve become to a certain way of living, and that stepping out of those ways is what opened his eyes in life. A true inspiration to me. Patrick, who was so enthusiastic to see me doing what I am, and shared with me his passion for assisting the homeless in the city, and even does it for a career. Chicken, who pledged to give out free hugs that day as well π This lovely couple was taking photos outside of Pikes Place market, and then invited me in for some photos as well! Shout out to the sweet mother who chased me down to do it as well, and also took the time to talk with me. He got a hug, and a burrito. Very grateful to have sat down with you <3 This sweet girl and her dad wanted some pictures, thanks for your time π His name meant “A servant to God”
Special shout out to Raymond in the first picture, he was my first Seattle hug and shared with me that love conquers all π
Thank you Seattle, Washington!!!!

Come back and see tomorrow!!!
Special shout out to Raymond, for being the first to come and connect with me. You truly set the tone for the whole day.

What is moment to moment?
I have created moment to moment to connect with people just like you worldwide. So that we can unify as one, and together be an active contribution to healing this world. We start by asking ourselves this beautiful question, “how can I make a difference here, now, in this moment?”
The goal is to engage this way in my daily life. Seeking out ways to make someone smile, make the world brighter, and enroll others all around me to do the same. Whether it’s leaving a note of gratitude for someone, or doing an act of service for your community. I am challenging myself and all of you to create a world where these acts of kindness are an everyday habit, and where we are looking out for each other, because we are one. The time is now.
This website is still under construction, I will be updating it frequently with pictures, videos and posts of me being my contribution and challenging you to do the same and will have more pages and categories. If you have any feedback, concerns, questions or comments you can reach me by e-mail @I.am.moment.2.moment@gmail.com.
Love & Light, my heart to yours.
