Spreading the love in San Francisco

I spent most the day today at the Golden Gate Bridge, which was very touching to me.
Every year, 30-50 people jump off the Golden Gate Bridge. That is 30-50 people too many. That is 30-50 people in this area every year who have decided they are no longer worth it. It’s not true. Through moment to moment, I am a committed stand for the lives of people who are even considering ending it. I am committed to creating connection, I am committed to showing humanity that nobody is EVER alone. I am committed to inspiring humanity to show each other kindness and love. We are all each other has, we deserve to go hand in hand, and take a stand for one another.

My challenge to you: Reach out to that person in your life. Whoever it is to you. Maybe even a stranger. Let them know they are loved. Reach out your hand, see if they grab it. You never know the difference it could make.
