Happy New Year everyone! Just wanted to go through and give some updates of whats been created, and what we have to come. The second coat drive in December was amazing, we made four times the impact than the one before. We packed my car to the top with collected items such as hats, socks, gloves, pants, coats, etc… and had over a hundred cups, hot chocolate mix, and big jugs of hot water ready to go. After moving around a couple of times, and experiencing a snow storm, we found the perfect place outside of St Anne’s in Ogden and within seconds had a line going down the block for a cup of hot chocolate and the opportunity to pick out supplies needed. I want to give a huge thanks to my friend Hailey, who last minute ran out there to give an extra hand at giving out Hot Chocolate, and my friend Jayden who had shared a passion for service with me. Jayden inspired me this last month by taking on collections/donations in his free time and networking with others to make a ripple like this one possible. I am so grateful we have connected, and truly look forward for what’s to come next. My heart to yours. And another special shout out to my friend and soul sister Marilyn, who put out a box for donations at her workplace, and filled my car back up to the brim on my way home the day of the last drive. I am now, in the best way possible, overwhelmed with the amount of things i have to give next. This is exactly what Moment To Moment was created to do- to inspire others to take this on in their own life we can come together in unity to make a difference, spread love, and connect heart to heart with all of creation. Again, to everyone who had a part to play, even if it was simply a positive thought our way.. thank you, thank you, thank you. Jayden and I will be going back out for another round of Hot Chocolate & giving away the rest of the Winter supplies on January 5th.
