Bracelet project in Eugene, OR
Hey everyone! So I was brainstorming some ideas on how I can get YOU involved in my next project here in Eugene. As a part of my project, I’ve been hand making bracelets with loving messages on them like “you matter” “you are loved” and “love is free” I will be giving these bracelets away this weekend at Eugene’s Saturday market to those who deserve it. I want YOU to send me a short message of love, so that I can put it on a bracelet and give it away ❤️
You can submit your message of love through my email, include your message, first name and the city you are sending the message from. Or you may also choose to remain anonymous. I will be doing my best to keep track so that you can find out who your message got to 🙂 I will be taking submissions all night tonight and all day tomorrow!!! Thank you all, I am so excited to see how this goes!❤️

As I spent time here in Portland, I found myself talking to less people, yet having longer conversations and spending more time with those people. It was a healing experience for me, and those I interacted with. My big message for the people here is that you all matter, you matter to me. I am absolutely grateful to have experienced a city so unified, and connected to one another. Thank you for welcoming me and being open to my kindness!! Let it ripple on!❤️🙏

To whoever broke into my car last night: I am choosing compassion for you. Maybe you are in a dark place, desperate. Maybe breaking into my car was your last resort. No matter what the reason, I am sending nothing but forgiveness and love your way.
Thank you, because this gave me a choice to make. I could be angry, resentful and even be disheartened by this. But I choose to forgive you, because I too have been in dark and desperate times. And I have also chose solutions at the cost of others.. I have no room to judge you. In addition, I even found a way to make the absolute best of this, and use my open window to spread love on the road…(:

Got a hug from this sweetheart outside the Purple Store in Seattle! 
Jayson, who took the time to talk to me before he began playing music. Jayson reminded me of how accustomed we’ve become to a certain way of living, and that stepping out of those ways is what opened his eyes in life. A true inspiration to me. 
Patrick, who was so enthusiastic to see me doing what I am, and shared with me his passion for assisting the homeless in the city, and even does it for a career. 
Chicken, who pledged to give out free hugs that day as well 🙂 
This lovely couple was taking photos outside of Pikes Place market, and then invited me in for some photos as well! Shout out to the sweet mother who chased me down to do it as well, and also took the time to talk with me. 
He got a hug, and a burrito. Very grateful to have sat down with you <3

My first project took place today, and the results, feedback and inspiration I noticed was so moving. I touched many lives and soo many touched me as well. For all of you waiting to see your pictures/videos taken with me, it will all be up tomorrow in the afternoon 🙂 Due to my project going longer than I planned, I couldn’t get to a library in time to get it all uploaded and put together tonight. I have created moment to moment to connect with people just like you worldwide. So that we can unify as one, and together be an active contribution to healing this world. We start by asking ourselves this beautiful question, “how can I make a difference here, now, in this moment?”
The goal is to engage this way in my daily life. Seeking out ways to make someone smile, make the world brighter, and enroll others all around me to do the same. Whether it’s leaving a note of gratitude for someone, or doing an act of service for your community. I am challenging myself and all of you to create a world where these acts of kindness are an everyday habit, and where we are looking out for each other, because we are one. The time is now.
